At Robot Repair Centre we offer a comprehensive inspection and repair service on all robots that we see. This includes -
- A full strip of each part, down to the robot chassis, with every component and part fully inspected
- A motor unit diagnostic report. Some makes and models of robot allow us to supply a complete motor unit diagnostic report, letting us know key details
- A quote for any repair or replacement works that will be needed if required
- A complete report including our findings, pictures and any potential recommendations

We are proud to offer a dedicated in house servicing option for our robot repairs. Anyone Australia wide is more than welcome to take advantage of our in house robot servicing option. If you are based in the Adelaide metro area, we can arrange a time for collection of the unit from your property, and then return once repairs have been completed. If you live outside of the metro area, in country SA or interstate, we simply require you to send your unit and any associated hardware (such as power supply or remote) to us.

The inspection, quote and repair process generally takes around 1 week to be fully completed, however please understand we cannot always guarantee this timeframe.

Repair pricing guide
As each robotic unit is unique and will have differing issues, we cannot provide accurate total pricing before we begin inspection and repair for parts or consumables.
Our upfront labour rate begins at $129 which is inclusive of your robot inspection, report, quote and up to one hour of labour for any necessary repairs*. For certain brands and models of robot that are more complex, we may quote an extra labour fee to cover repair time.
If you receive your reports and quote and deem the repair to be an unviable option, we simply charge an $89 inspection fee.
*In the case of extensively damaged or faulty robots believed to be caused by misuse or neglect, an additional labour fee may be quoted to cover repair labour.
