in house repairs & SERVICING
Our ‘In House Repairs and Servicing’ option allows us to inspect your robot at our in house facility ensuring we can accurately diagnose and ascertain any issues or faults your unit may have. This option is available to anyone Australia wide to use, in some cases requiring your unit be posted to us. If you are based in the Adelaide Metro area however, we can arrange collection of the unit via our complimentary collection and drop off service.
Once inspected, we will provide you with a quote for any potential works required and once approved, repairs will be undertaken and unit returned or sent back.

Repair pricing guide
As each robotic unit is unique and will have differing issues, we cannot provide accurate total pricing before we begin inspection and repair for parts or consumables.
Our upfront labour rate begins at $129 which is inclusive of your robot inspection, report, quote and up to one hour of labour for any necessary repairs*. For certain brands and models of robot that are more complex, we may quote an extra labour fee to cover repair time.
If you receive your reports and quote and deem the repair to be an unviable option, we simply charge an $89 inspection fee.
*In the case of extensively damaged or faulty robots believed to be caused by misuse or neglect, an additional labour fee may be quoted to cover repair labour.
