Mobile repairs & servicing
Our ‘Mobile Repairs and Servicing’ option is available to all living in the Greater Adelaide Metropolitan Area. With this option, we will attend your property to either undertake the inspection right there and then on site, or simply collect your robotic unit and return it to our in house facility with us to undergo further inspection. Once inspected, we will provide you with a quote for any potential works required and once approved, repairs will be undertaken. We will then return your robot to site if applicable.

Repair pricing guide
As each robotic unit is unique and will have differing issues, we cannot provide accurate total pricing before we begin inspection and repair for parts or consumables. We charge an upfront labour rate of $129 which is inclusive of your robot inspection, report, quote and up to one hour of labour for any necessary repairs*. This rate is for both In House and Mobile services.
*In the case of extensively damaged or faulty robots believed to be caused by misuse or neglect, an additional labour fee may be quoted to cover repair labour.
